Here at Elmstone Fire we offer 365/24/7 coverage for your fire alarm system.
Not only do we rely strongly on supplying an account manager to provide a detailed schedule of planned works with documentation to reflect exactly what has been maintained on each visit but the account manager will always endeavour to supply remedial quotes at the point of releasing the service report to ensure there is no delay to rectifying any issues.
Our engineers are all SC cleared, hold ECS cards and are fully trained in manufacturers courses as well as level 3 BS5839-1 in design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
